Service Description

Together, we explore your inner landscape - the patterns, beliefs, relationships, grief, spiritual questions, and life experiences shaping who you are and who you are becoming. You set the pace of the journey while I offer guidance, education, perspective, and practices from pagan spirituality, mythology, the wheel of the year, grief education, divination, breathwork, somatic movement, ritual, and more. This work isn't only about uncovering what's beneath the surface; it's about integration, transformation, and attunement. We explore what has served you, what continues to support you, and what may have completed its purpose. Rather than simply throwing away the parts of ourselves or practices we've outgrown, we can honor what carried us here, gently release what we're ready to surrender, and make space for personal growth. Over time, we begin to understand that our grief, shame, and pain don't have to remain hidden deep within the baggage we carry. They should be witnessed, understood, and tended to with love - so we can continue the journey without being weighed down. By learning how to process, integrate, transform and attune, we get to choose the tools that serve us best and what we allow to come along on the next part of the journey. Life moves in cycles.
